- Server Capacity: The server is full or close to its limit, and NCSoft (the game’s developers) has capped entries to protect server stability and prevent lag.
- Faction Balance: The population between the two factions (Elyos and Asmodian) is too uneven. If one faction has significantly more active players, the game will restrict new character creation for that faction until the numbers balance out.

- Spam the Select Button: Since the server availability fluctuates dynamically, you can try rapidly spamming the “Enter Server” button. There is a small chance that you can sneak into a slot the moment another player logs out.
- Play During Off-Peak Hours: Try creating your character early in the morning or late at night when overall server traffic drops.
- Choose a Different Server or Faction: If you are not trying to join your friends in a specific server, select a different server or switch between Elyos and Asmodian.
