Many life-sim enthusiasts will be in queue today with Paralives Early Access release time less than a day away. With the game avoiding a weekend release, only working gamers in MENA and Asian regions will get to enjoy it in the evening day-one. Players in the US are instead looking forward to an early-morning release, while for Europe the launch will be closer to the afternoon.
This new indie offering takes a lot of inspirations from older Sims games (Sims 2 in particular), but the most obvious standout feature is its painterly cel-shaded art direction. For those finally excited for a new Sims competitor within reasonable PC requirements, here’s when Paralives is going to launch in your timezone.
What time does Paralives come out today?
As confirmed by both the game’s official socials and the Steam Store page, Paralives is slated for a release time of 10 am EDT (2 pm UTC) on May 25, 2026. The global release of its Early Access will have players across the world gain access concurrently (while Australia and NZ will technically get it on May 26 midnight).

- United States and South America: 7 am PDT / 8 am MDT / 9 am CDT / 10 am EDT / 11 am BRT (May 25, 2026)

What to expect from Paralives Early Access release?
As with any Early Acces product, Paralives still has years to go till it can potentially match something like The Sims 4 in content (discounting the $1000+ worth of MTX paraphernalia you can get).
However, the current build is adequate for a first-draft life-sim experience, with a feature-complete character creation, builder tool, personality, traits, emotions, and other systems to add character depth and variety to your Para-characters.
