Twitch streamer Nmplol disclosed the final results of his divorce with ex-wife Malena Tudi, saying the process cost him nearly half a million dollars in legal fees.
Nmplol, real name Nick Polom, published a 17-minute-long YouTube video diving into the situation on June 4, where he confirmed that the court had granted their divorce on the grounds of ‘insupportability,’ meaning it was no-fault.
“That’s good,” Polom said. “That’s what I wanted, that’s what Malena wanted.”

He went on to share court documentation stating that their assets will be divided 50/50 between them, something he fought for during their separation. Starforge Systems was the only exception to this, which will be split 55% to Malena and 45% to Polom.
“The court finds that the disproportionate share of those funds are warranted due to 1) disparity of earning power, 2) nature of the property involved in the division, and 3) waste,” the docs read.
Malena’s requests for $5,000 monthly spousal support were denied by the court, which she requested be paid out by Polom for five years after their divorce.
Initially, Malena had requested a 60/40 asset split, which the court also denied. Polom claimed he repeatedly attempted to strike a 50/50 deal ever since Malena filed for divorce in 2025, and said the case cost him over $400,000 in total legal fees.
Nick told viewers that he “literally broke down and cried” after getting the ruling, saying it was exactly what he’d hoped for.
“I was like sobbing tears, you know, that it was finally over,” he said.
“I wish Malena and her family the best. I have no ill will towards them. Hopefully things go well for them, and I’m just ready to get back to work. I want to give this another try, see if I can still do it.”
Polom also addressed the ‘court of public opinion’ that has sparked up online after their filing became public, confirming that “all” of the theories surrounding their divorce were wrong.
Malena has not provided a public comment on the situation at the time of publication.
