The Zenless Zone Zero 3.0 livestream conducted on June 6, 2026, has unveiled a plethora of content for the next patch. Players can look forward to new playable agents from distinct factions, events, and rewards in Season 3. Proxies is set to embark on a fresh journey across Roscaelifer and meet new characters along the way.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.0 livestream overview
New characters and banners
HoYoverse has teased Velina and Norma via the Zenless Zone Zero 3.0 drip marketing campaign, confirming their arrival for the next patch. In addition, a playable avatar of Phaethon, called Pyrois, will also debut in the upcoming update. The former two will be obtainable from the limited-time banners:
Phase 1 banners
- S-Rank: Velina and Ye Shunguang
- A-Rank: Nicole and Piper
Phase 2 banners
- S-Rank: Norma and Sunna
- A-Rank: Pulchra and Ben
New W-Engines, Drive Discs, and outfits
The W-Engine banner from Season 3 will feature the signature option of the new agents:
- Joyau Dore (Velina’s signature pick)
- Chief Sidekick (Norma’s signature pick)
In addition, the following two Drive Discs were announced during the version 3.0 livestream:
- Wuthering Salon
- The Sky Ablaze
Aside from the W-Engines and Drive Disc sets, HoYoverse has also showcased new outfits for the Proxy siblings and Velina.
Story quest and new area
As specified, the Zenless Zone Zero 3.0 story will introduce the Roscaelifer area, where Proxies will embark on a new adventure. The secluded floating city will feature the Booastrum District city zone at launch, with more maps to be added in the future.
Exploring the city will grant experience points for the Interboo collection system. It progressively unlocks rewards, including Pyrois’ Mindscapes.

Here are the QoL updates heading to ZZZ 3.0:
- An update to Combat Readiness interface will allow players to track pending improvements.
- The Smart Discard feature will allow Proxies to dump unwanted Drive Discs in bulk.
- The music store will recommend Drive Disc sets for the Training Target Agent.
- The Compendium Interface update will display Proxy’s current Battery Charge status.
- Accessories can be used with any Proxy outfit.
- A gameplay demonstration video will be available for various events.
- The overall skill description of a character will be simplified with detailed breakdowns of complex terms.
