Last weekend’s UFC Freedom 250 fight card was an incredible sight to behold and now fight fans can rewatch the action in super slow motion.
UFC’s Washington D.C. takeover, which was led by a massive upset from Justin Gaethje in a main event title fight against UFC lightweight king Ilia Topuria, looked like something straight out of a movie. With live music, incredible pyrotechnics, custom videography, a massive “Claw” hovering over the Octagon, fighter walkouts from the actual Oval office, and the White House in the backdrop, UFC Freedom 250 offered fight fans a look at MMA that may never come around again.
Of course, not everything went down without a hitch. Unexpected lawsuits, potentially hazardous weather, and overwhelming political backlash, were all pre-fight factors for the biggest MMA promotion in the world. Luckily, UFC officials were able to pull it off. The White House event may not have produced Super Bowl-like ratings, but it certainly lived up to the hype.
In case you missed any of the action, UFC just released the Freedom 250 slow-motion video recap on Friday and it’s just as glorious as we remember. From Gaethje’s incredible main event performance to six additional knockout finishes, UFC’s White House extravaganza has never looked better.
