Conor McGregor and Max Holloway face off Saturday at UFC 329 in a matchup that has major stakes for their legacies and what’s left of their fighting future.

Thirteen years after they first met as future featherweight champions, McGregor and Holloway reunite in the cage, this time in a welterweight contest between two veterans looking to show they’re still at the top of their games. McGregor was last seen breaking his leg in a loss to Dustin Poirier in 2021, while Holloway is coming off of a humbling “BMF” title fight loss to Charles Oliveira.
The latest edition of Countdown focuses on McGregor rededicating himself to training ahead of what will be one of the final two fights on his UFC contract. Holloway’s journey is also featured as the former featherweight king hits the gym in Honolulu to regain his championship form and avenge his loss to McGregor.
UFC 329 takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, with McGregor vs. Holloway 2 serving as the main event, and a lightweight matchup between Benoit Saint Denis and Paddy Pimblett in the co-headlining spot.
