Joe Hendry received a warning from a major WWE star following this week’s episode of RAW. Last night’s show aired live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

Ethan Page and Rusev teamed up to defeat Dragon Lee and Chad Gable last night on the red brand. Following the match, Ethan Page and Rusev unleashed an attack before Joe Hendry rushed the ring.

Hendry tried to make the save, but the numbers game quickly caught up to him. Rusev locked in The Accolade on Hendry for a while before it was finally broken up. Page then posed next to a beaten-down Hendry to end the segment.

The former NXT Champion took to social media today to mock Joe Hendry and vowed to beat him down forever. You can check out Page’s post by clicking here.

“I guess I’ll just have to beat your a** forever Joe 😁👈,” he wrote.

Joe Hendry joined the promotion’s main roster earlier this year. He replaced Kevin Owens at WWE WrestleMania 41 last year and was quickly defeated by Randy Orton. Owens has been out of action for over a year due to a neck injury and has undergone surgery.

Joe Hendry reacts to not being able to face John Cena during his WWE retirement tour

WWE RAW star Joe Hendry recently shared his thoughts on not being able to battle John Cena during his retirement tour.

The Cenation Leader retired from in-ring competition following his loss to Gunther at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event last year. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet on the INSIGHT podcast, Hendry claimed that he didn’t do enough to warrant a match against the legend.

“I think the thing is, to me, something either happens or it doesn’t. Ultimately, I have to put the responsibility on myself. I didn’t wrestle John Cena because I didn’t do enough to make me an obvious choice to wrestle John Cena. So I didn’t do enough somewhere along the way, and that I feel led into the motivation that I needed in NXT, because it made me realize. Because if you think about it, I’m going, ‘I’ll wrestle at the Royal Rumble, I’ll wrestle at WrestleMania,’ and I’m saying this crazy stuff, and it’s happening,” he said. (H/T: WrestleTalk)

It will be fascinating to see what WWE has planned for the rivalry between Hendry and Page in the weeks ahead on RAW.
