Nordic Network Ltd has announced the launch of Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG), a Malta-based esports organization, and the acquisition of the core that played for AM, currently ranked 79th in the global VRS.
AM was established by Fabian Broich, the founder of the Achieve Minds agency, with the goal of keeping its teamless players sharp. The team notably reached the Red Bull GIBAWAY JOURNEY 2025 semi-finals and came in second place at Parken Challenger Championship Season 2.

AM’s core of Nils “k1to” Gruhne, Max “Marix” Kugener and Ville “myltsi” Vilkman will make the transition to NPG, with Mikkel “Maze” Sparvath and Maciej “Muciek” Mordal, formerly of AaB and HEROIC Academy respectively, rounding out the roster.
“Organizations and creators need more than visibility,” said Broich, who has been appointed director of NPG. “They need dependable revenue, professional commercial structures, and partners who understand the industry.
“Our immediate priority is to stabilize the roster and provide the professional structure the players need,” added Håvard Lehn, Group CEO of Nordic Network Ltd. “From there, the objective is to continue improving and climb further in the world rankings.”
