TikTok stars Dalton “Ain’t Worried” Memel and Ntsako “Sako” Mathivha have reportedly agreed to continue filming together for at least eight hours every week while their divorce moves forward.
Dalton and Sako built their online business around videos documenting their marriage and family life. Their joint @dalton.aint.worried TikTok account has amassed 4.4 million followers and more than 172 million likes.
Dalton publicly confirmed the split in August, claiming he filed for divorce on July 30.
Sako subsequently confirmed that she left the relationship in July and denied allegations that she had been unfaithful. In a video covered by Atlanta Black Star, she said viewers had only heard one side of the story and declared that she was “never looking back.”
Divorce deal keeps their shared content business running
According to court documents reviewed by Dexerto, Dalton and Sako agreed to record content for their shared social-media accounts at least twice every week, with each session lasting no fewer than four hours.
That leaves the divorcing couple with a minimum eight-hour weekly filming schedule.
The pair must agree on what they will record beforehand and coordinate each filming session at least 24 hours in advance. The arrangement does not indicate whether their divorce can be discussed or featured in the resulting content.
The filming provision effectively keeps Dalton and Sako working as a creator duo despite ending their marriage. Their existing content frequently revolved around relationship jokes, including videos about their cultural differences and Sako dating a self-described “country boy.”
The temporary order also reportedly requires Dalton and Sako to retain access to their shared social-media and financial accounts. Updated login information must be provided whenever either party changes a password.
Neither person can withdraw more than $500 in business funds without receiving written permission from the other.
While the arrangement is contained in a temporary court order, Dalton and Sako have agreed to its terms. That distinction suggests the filming schedule is intended to preserve their shared creator business and its income during the divorce, rather than being a punishment independently devised by a judge.
West Virginia law allows courts to enter temporary orders reasonably necessary to preserve either party’s property while a divorce is pending.
However, the state’s family-court rules make petitions and most other documents confidential.
Away from their content business, Dalton and Sako also reportedly agreed to a rotating parenting schedule for their son, who is nearly two years old.
