The Kazakhstani rifler broke both poiii’s online and donk’s LAN record.

22-year-old Daulet “⁠dako⁠” Ondassynov set a new Counter-Strike 2 regulation kill record on Sunday, posting 40 kills in 24 rounds against Total Domination on LAN at BRO Cyber League Season 1.

The previous record was set by Alex “⁠poiii⁠” Nyholm Sundgren in September 2024, who broke Danil “⁠donk⁠” Kryshkovets’ record of 38 kills set on LAN the week prior by posting 39 kills in an online match against Zero Tenacity.

dako was 23-6 heading into the second half of Mirage in Game Point’s third-place decider match in Almaty, and continued fragging out as his team converted that 6-6 half into a 12-10 lead. He could have tied poiii’s record with a kill to close out a 2v1 and win the map and series (38-12), but lost the duel and his teammate couldn’t convert.

He grabbed two frags the next round to set the new record, but Game Point went on to lose the map in overtime and faltered on the decider to lose the third-place decider match.
