TYLOO are out of FISSURE Playground 3 in 9-12th after two 13-11 losses to Alliance.
The Chinese squad had their chances on both maps, winning both pistols on Inferno and reaching a 9-9 scoreline. But with Qianhao “Moseyuh” Chen (4-18 K-D) having a particularly slow game, it was the Swedes who prevailed in the crucial gun rounds down the stretch to snatch TYLOO’s pick.
Ancient was a similar story in far more damning circumstances. TYLOO again won both pistols, and led 11-3 on stage with map three beckoning.
But they struggled tremendously on T side to close it out, posting seven opening kills but failing to win a single gun round as Alliance won nine in a row to close the series 2-0 and leave the small group of home fans stunned.

Backstage, G2 took on 9z as both teams looked to get back on track after losses in the first round.
The South Americans were fastest out the traps in a tense Dust2, where they won both pistols but, unlike TYLOO, were able to eventually convert their heavy 12-6 lead into a map win, 13-11.
But G2 — the second highest ranked team at the event — came back for map two on a different level. They raced into an 8-4 lead, a Maximiliano “max” Gonzalez 4k being one of few highlights for 9z as they dropped Ancient 8-13.
Inferno, G2’s long-time favored battleground, was the decider after the Europeans showed some weakness in maps against Astralis and Falcons, but it served as a reminder why they had eight wins in a row on the map beforehand as they earned a 12-3 lead off the back of some great Nikita “HeavyGod” Martynenko play in man disadvantages.
G2 now await the result of Astralis-5star to find out their opponent for one of the last two playoff spots, with Alliance set to face one of PARIVISION or magic for the other.
