Yu Yau Pui faces Marie McManamon in an atomweight Muay Thai clash at the show, airing live in U.S. primetime from Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, October 2. Yu’s path into the sport began at 18 as a way to stay fit before she took her first official fight at 22, and she debuted on ONE Friday Fights in 2023, reeling off five straight wins to earn a US$100,000 contract before defeating former ISKA and WBC Muay Thai World Champion Lara Fernandez in her main roster debut in 2024.
Since that high point, the 33-year-old has won just once in her last four outings. Five months after knocking out and retiring former standout Anna Jaroonsak in Muay Thai action, she switched to kickboxing and fell to former K-1 Champion Kana Morimoto in a competitive three-round battle this past August. She now returns to Muay Thai holding a 29-5 professional record.

Marie McManamon, 36, represents London’s Knowlesy Academy, where she trains alongside reigning ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan Haggerty and strawweight prospect Freddie Haggerty, both of whom have their own upcoming ONE Championship assignments this fall. Widely regarded as one of the United Kingdom’s leading Muay Thai strikers, she dominated the domestic scene before a high-profile ONE Championship debut in 2025 against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues for the atomweight Muay Thai World Title.
That fight ended in a fourth-round TKO loss, and months later McManamon fell to two-time WBC Muay Thai World Champion Selina Flores by unanimous decision, leaving her in search of the kind of result that reestablishes her as a genuine threat in the division.
