An ex-WWE star has been knocked out in 12 seconds. The news comes after a recent UFC event over the weekend.

Former WWE star Gable Steveson was knocked out

Gable Steveson, a former WWE star, was part of the UFC 331 card. He faced Sean Sharaf, and things ended really badly for him. With a left-handed shot just 12 seconds after the fight started in the first round, Steveson was knocked out. Sharaf stood tall, getting the dominant win within seconds of the fight starting.

This is Steveson’s first loss on his fight record. He had a 4-0 record before this, which has now changed to 4-1. He was the heavy favorite to win the fight as well, but that didn’t matter once the fight started.

Ahead of the fight, things got heated. Nina-Marie Danielle, who has been a content creator for the UFC and often does collaborations with fighters, had done multiple collabs with him. However, she had not done the same with Sean Sharaf. Sharaf, on Instagram, called it out and said that though he was a Marine, he was not worthy of interviews, but “r*pists” like Stevenson were, pointing out that it was the fourth collaboration the UFC had done with him.

“This is like the 4th collab they do with him. What’s up with that UFC? Guess Marines aren’t worthy of interviews just r*pists.”

He also called him out in the press conference, where Steveson was booed by the fans.

“Nobody likes a r*pist. This guy r*ped a woman in 2019, and that’s why everyone is booing him. You can’t do that sh*t, it’s wrong.”

After the comments by Sharaf, Steveson had replied in yet another interview, saying that he had to keep moving forward.

“We gotta keep moving forward. We can’t let a little something that may have occured, it probably didn’t occur or whatever happened, just slow us down.”

Now that the former WWE star has lost, it remains to be seen what’s next. The dominant manner in which his winning run ended will not be lost on the fans, who were jubilant at his loss and made their feelings clear.
