EVO France 2026 wrapped up in Nice with a key result for the 2XKO Competitive Series: bleed won the game’s tournament at the penultimate Major of the circuit. The event was the second Evolution Championship held in Europe, and bleed’s victory put the 2XKO bracket at the centre of its circuit story.
The tournament featured eight main games and eight side events, with the main brackets offering everything from substantial prize money to competition for fun. EVO France’s standing as a 2XKO Major made its bracket a notable stop on the series calendar, though the available results do not specify how the finish affects standings, points or qualification.
Riot’s game has been building a tournament ecosystem around established fighting-game events, and the 2XKO competitive scene is part of that wider push.
Bleed takes the top prize in Nice
Bleed finished first in 2XKO, taking €37,833.90. YHikari placed second for €18,916.95, while SonicFox and INZEM finished third as a duo, earning €14,187.71. That is a sizeable top three, and a clear headline result for the game at one of the event’s biggest stages.
There were major prizes elsewhere, too. Dual Kevin won Street Fighter 6, collecting €20,000 and qualification for Capcom Cup 13. In Tekken 8, Team Vitality’s JeonDDing took €15,300 and a place at the Tekken World Tour Finals 2026. The event account described it as JeonDDing’s first Tier 1 EVO victory.
Those results landed at an event whose scale stretched well beyond one bracket. EVO France’s registration numbers offer another snapshot of the wider tournament’s reach.
Eight main-game champions, one next circuit stop
The rest of the main-game winners included Zando in Tokon, GO1 in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, NitroNY in Guilty Gear -STRIVE-, Pepe Uehara in Avatar Legends, and ZanDori in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. Avatar Legends was among the event’s first major tournaments for the game; each bracket added another champion to a weekend that also featured eight side tournaments.
EVO France’s penultimate-Major status gives 2XKO’s 2026 circuit a clear next-step hook, but the available event results do not name or date the final Major. For now, bleed leaves Nice as the tournament winner, with the rest of the series still to come.
