Jimmy House discusses his departure from WWE ID.
In a new interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, House confirmed that he was released from the program a few weeks ago. Since then, he’s been trying to build up some momentum to carry forward.
“So I think there are some assumptions around because I went back to Jimmy House here on the indies and
whatnot. So there’s been assumptions and I see things online where people are assuming that I’m not with
the program anymore and all that is true. I was released a little over a month ago now. Since then it’s just
kind of been trying to pick up where I left off as Jimmy House and take all the lessons I learned through
the WWE ID program and tried to build as much momentum as I can and carry it forward and see what’s
next for me, really.”
Continuing on, Jimmy House revealed that he has segments/matches that will likely air on future episodes of WWE Evolve. House also noted that Evolve was his first experience with TV wrestling.
“I have a couple more things on Evolve myself, so I’m not sure exactly when they’re all scheduled to be released and whatnot, but I’m still on there for the next few months at least. It was my first true TV experience. Reality of Wrestling does record TV style. So does Dustin’s and so does Phoenix Championship Wrestling in Arizona. But I definitely think that when you’re at Evolve, you learn their flavor of it and you start to learn exactly what all you need to smarten people up about in regards to particular spots that need to be filmed a particular way or when it comes to break spots and whatnot. So definitely things that you wouldn’t normally experience on the indies that you would learn on something like an Evolve. That’s why, again, I’m just so grateful for the experience because had I not spent the six months there coming out of it, I don’t think I would be as confident as I am to parlay those skills into whatever’s next for me.”
