Carlos Alcaraz is set for a quick-fire return to action after the US Open as he takes on the Japan Open.
Taking place in Tokyo, the ATP 500 tournament is scheduled in the calendar for 30 September to 6 October.
Before that, however, Alcaraz will play at the Laver Cup, where he will represent Team Europe at The O2 in London.
And that will be the perfect preparation for the Japan Open, where the Spanish superstar boasts a perfect record.

Carlos Alcaraz won the 2025 Japan Open on debut
Alcaraz made his debut at the Japan Open in 2025, and simply took the outdoor hard-court tournament by storm.
He ended up lifting the trophy in Tokyo, ending his week with a 6-4, 6-4 final victory over American ace Taylor Fritz.
The triumph secured a tour-best 67 wins and eight trophies at the time, continuing a stunning season for Alcaraz.
Before that, he knocked out Sebastian Baez, Zizou Bergs, Brandon Nakashima and Casper Ruud during his fantastic run in Japan.
It represented the final title of the 2025 season for Alcaraz, the most he has won in a single season throughout his glittering career.
