Former two-time unified WBO, IBF, and WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua returns to the ring later tonight to lock horns with Kristian Prenga at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Joshua’s last boxing bout was against Jake Paul in December 2025, which “AJ” won in the sixth round via knockout after crushing Paul’s jaw in two places and dropping him numerous times.
The Brit’s next opponent, Prenga, on the other hand, boasts a pro boxing record of 20-1. However, the 35-year-old Albanian heavyweight knockout artist has never faced an opponent of Anthony Joshua’s caliber to date.
If “AJ” wins tonight’s main event, a long-awaited showdown with Tyson Fury at Wembley Stadium later this year is next, with Netflix expected to broadcast the event live, as confirmed by Turki Al-Sheikh.
