Watching the exchange myself, I think it’s clear that this is a backyard-bred French Bulldog. First, it’s merle, which is not a standard Frenchie coat pattern. The entire puppy doesn’t look to be in standard. My guess is that the person is a backyard breeder and thought this would be a good way to advertise his unhealthy puppies.
