WNBA fans went wild after seeing Caitlin Clark’s locker room celebration. On Sunday, Team USA secured the gold medal against France with a 97-79 win. It was a collective effort for the Americans, with New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart leading the charge.
Clark came off the bench and had 12 points and three assists on 4-for-5 shooting. Atlanta Dream star Angel Reese added three points and three rebounds.
Four of the team’s starting five scored in double figures, with Stewart scoring the most. She had 22 points and 10 rebounds, earning MVP honors.
Team USA celebrated their World Cup victory. Reese had everyone participate in the latest video she posted on her TikTok.
Fans went wild online after seeing Clark getting champagne in her eyes.

Team USA had a fantastic run in the competition and achieved their goals by taking home the gold medal. They performed well in the pivotal moments despite having seven players on their roster who were participating in the FIBA World Cup for the first time.
After winning, Caitlin Clark immediately went online and posted her reaction to her first World Cup gold medal.
“WORLD CUP GOLD MEDALIST!!!!!!!!!!!!🇺🇸🥇,” she posted.
Clark participated in the FIBA World Cup for the first time, and it ended beautifully.
The Indiana Fever star came off the bench for Team USA’s tournament. Although she wasn’t the main star, Clark still made a significant difference. In her debut game against China, she had 14 points and 11 assists.
It was a strong outing for a first-timer. Although Caitlin Clark was never able to replicate the same performance, fans still remember it as something special.
