A man from Florida has been accused of trying to steal a medical helicopter after he crashed his truck on a highway.
Riley Ferrer, 28, was driving his truck on I-75 near Tampa, Florida when he veered off the road and slammed into another vehicle which flipped over in the woods beside.
Two people inside the vehicle were seriously injured, necessitating a BayFlight medical helicopter which landed on the highway shortly after it was closed.
Ferrer said he saw the anti-christ moments before the crash
Once the crash victims had been strapped into the helicopter, Ferrer reportedly rushed past the first responders and tried to fly away in the helicopter, but his attempt was foiled.
As per Fox 13 News, Ferrer told law enforcement that he had seen the antichrist in the moments prior to the crash.
He was taken to Tampa General Hospital, but had to be physically escorted inside by the authorities, as well as forcibly made to stay seated. He was then cleared of medical issues and transferred to Hernando County Detention Center, where he continued to resist officers.
According to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office, Ferrer has been charged with three counts of resisting officers without violent obstruction, and one count of burglary.
