A controversial “looksmaxxing” streamer was kicked off a flight home after airline staff said his face looked “very ill” following cosmetic surgery in Thailand.
Ronan Androgenic, a 25-year-old Brisbane-based influencer, posted a TikTok showing the tense moment he was removed from a Jetstar flight before takeoff and began feuding with staff.
In the clip, Androgenic can be seen sitting on the plane with heavy bandaging around his jaw and chin after reportedly undergoing cosmetic surgery in Thailand five days earlier.
Androgenic booted from fight after distrupting flight and looking “very ill”
“I’m getting kicked off my flight right now apparently because I didn’t put my medication in my carry-on bag,” he said in the video.
Staff told Androgenic they were concerned about his condition, saying he appeared drowsy and medically unwell.
“When I speak something, and I ask you, your reply was very drowsy,” one staff member told him.
Another crew member pointed to his visible swelling and told him: “You’re swelling right now, your eyes. You are very like, not in condition to go. Your face is totally, like, very ill.”
Androgenic pushed back, insisting he was simply tired and trying to sleep on the flight. He also claimed he had been medically cleared by a doctor to travel.
“I’m trying to go to sleep on the flight, is that not f**king normal?” he said.
However, staff told him they were able to assess his condition at the time of boarding, regardless of the documentation he said he had already shown at the airport.
As the exchange escalated, crew warned Androgenic his behavior had become disruptive before telling him he would have to leave the aircraft.
“What the f**k do you expect me to do? I need to go home,” he shouted.
Jetstar later told News.com.au that crew are trained to assess whether passengers appear fit to fly and can refuse boarding if they are not confident someone is well enough to travel.
The airline also said it does not tolerate abusive language or behavior toward staff.
Androgenic has become known online for promoting “looksmaxxing,” a controversial trend focused on maximizing physical appearance through extreme self-improvement, body modification, and cosmetic procedures.
The trend was made popular by fellow streamer Clavicular, who has seen his own numerous controversies, including shooting a dead alligator in Florida for content.
