Porsche has unveiled three custom one-of-one 911 models inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story characters Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie ahead of the release of Toy Story 5.
Created through Porsche’s Sonderwunsch, or “special wishes,” division, the bespoke vehicles celebrate the upcoming film’s June 19 theatrical release while supporting a charitable initiative benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross, and Starlight Children’s Foundation.
The three vehicles will make their public debut on the red carpet at the Toy Story 5 premiere in Los Angeles on June 9 before eventually being sold to raise money for the nonprofit organizations.
“Watching the characters of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie come to life on the road with the help of the creative minds of Disney and Pixar, Style Porsche, and the Sonderwunsch department is very exciting,” said Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America.
“Many of us – and our children – grew up watching the Toy Story films on the big screen. Celebrating this milestone is particularly rewarding – especially knowing that this initiative will ultimately support children and families in need.”
Porsche transforms three 911s into Toy Story icons
The Buzz Lightyear-inspired model is based on a 911 GT3 RS and features a white, green, and purple color scheme modeled after the Space Ranger’s suit. One of the most distinctive elements is a custom rear wing designed to resemble Buzz’s pop-out wings.
The car also includes bespoke “Lightyear” Goodyear tires, custom Space Ranger wheel center caps, and interior details inspired by the character. Buzz’s famous catchphrase, “To Infinity and Beyond,” is illuminated on the door sill guards.
“For over 30 years, Toy Story has made people of all ages smile,” said Bob Pauley, Production Designer at Pixar Animation Studios and original designer of Buzz Lightyear.
“Reuniting with the team at Porsche that created the Sally Special from Disney and Pixar’s Cars, and working to create these three all-new Toy Story 5 cars which will hopefully bring joy everywhere they go, is very meaningful and a great way to raise money for a good cause.”
Jessie’s custom 2026 911 Targa 4 GTS features a newly developed Jessie White Metallic paint color inspired by the pearl buttons on the cowgirl character’s shirt. Additional design cues include a red Targa roof inspired by Jessie’s hat, denim-style interior fabric representing her jeans, and illuminated “YEE HAW!” lettering on the door sill guards.
Meanwhile, Woody’s one-off 2026 911 Carrera T uses a specially developed paint process designed to mimic the look and wear of blue jeans. Porsche said the denim texture is visible within the paint itself. The interior continues the theme with denim-inspired upholstery, vintage brown leather, cowhide-pattern floor mats, and illuminated “Ride Like the Wind!” door sill guards.
“For decades, kids around the world have been discovering the Toy Story films – now with these cars, we’re excited to bring Toy Story into the world in a new way, and in a way I think will be surprising and exciting for fans,” added Jay Ward, Creative Director at Pixar Animation Studios.
Toy Story 5 arrives exclusively in theaters on June 19, bringing back Woody, Buzz, Jessie and the rest of the gang as they face a new challenge when a tablet device named Lilypad changes the way Bonnie plays. The film stars Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, and Greta Lee, with Andrew Stanton returning as director.
