That’s the word from the big man himself, who retired from the WWE following a loss to Oba Femi at WWE SummerSlam this past weekend.

”I’m here today to do this interview to let the world and everybody know that I am retired and I wanted to say a big thank you to everybody,” Lesnar said on the Pat McAfee show. “When Oba Femi slammed me at WrestleMania, I was like, ‘I can’t do this again.’ I was like, ‘I think I’m done.’ But the business and I still had some fuel in the tank. But [SummerSlam], for Brock Lesnar, that’s it.”

“That’s it for me in the squared circle and for everything else, too.”

Lesnar has retired and un-retired a number of times over the years, most recently after WrestleMania 42 in April. Maybe this time will be different, as the pro wrestler and former UFC heavyweight champion typically disappeared back to Minnesota and never did a mainstream press tour confirm his decision.

“I’ve got some hunting lined up,” Brock said. “And I’ve got two boys in hockey, I’m going to support that, their dreams, as long as that’s feasible. My daughter, she’s got her eye on the 2028 Olympics. Just going to spend more time with the kids, in the woods, and just reap what I’ve sown. Just enjoy life.”

The story with Lesnar is that he’s always been happy to walk away because he knew he’d get an even bigger financial offer to come back. And there’s a lot of money out there right now, especially if he wanted to step back into the cage and fight Jake Paul. Paul recently called Lesnar out, so you know he’s on MVP’s radar.

Lesnar was asked if ‘celebrity fighting’ was in his future.

“I ain’t doing jack s–t, boys,” he replied.

We’ll see whether tens of millions of dollars will change his mind over the coming years.
