Founded by Spurs star Victor Wembanyama ahead of the 2025-26 season, the raucous fan contingent has brought the noise to every Spurs home game. The Jackals dress in full Spurs regalia, pound drums and lead chants in the spirit of the rowdiest and most passionate European sports fans.

Fans auditioning for the Jackals should bring their finest Spurs gear and most over-the-top energy. They should also be ready to show their Spurs spirit and what passion and creativity they would bring to the pack, according to a Spurs press release. Participants must be age 18 or older.

Additional details about auditions, membership requirements and the 2026-27 Jackals experience will be shared with prospective members during the audition process.

Unlike the long-cheering Baseline Bums, the Spurs Jackals are a membership-based support group. The Baseline Bums are the Spurs’ legacy season-ticket holders that date back to the team’s original playing days at HemisFair Arena.

Jackals membership runs $999 per person and is not a season ticket purchase. Rather, the membership provides ticket access to preseason and regular-season Spurs home games. Jackals get exclusive swag and gear, a 15% discount at the Spurs Fan Shop and meetups that include dinner on the Spurs and special surprise guests.
