The name being discussed is Kevin Nash. At WrestleMania XII, The Undertaker defeated Nash in a 16-plus-minute singles match. Before Big Daddy Cool and Scott Hall (aka Razor Ramon) left WWE for WCW, the duo broke character and embraced Shawn Michaels and Triple H inside the ring at Madison Square Garden.

The infamous incident is known as the Curtain Call in pro wrestling. The unscripted interaction caused a huge controversy at the time. Many believed The Kliq exposed and disrespected the business for a personal moment.
On a recent edition of Six Feet Under, The Phenom said he felt the Curtain Call was a selfish move. He added that the Kliq members prioritized their personal relationship above WWE. However, the Hall of Famer clarified that he doesn’t hold a grudge against the superstars involved in the incident.
Kevin Nash responded to the former WWE Champion’s comments on the latest episode of Kliq This. Big Daddy Cool revealed that The Kliq had asked Vince McMahon for permission before breaking character at MSG. Nash also said that the group wasn’t trying to get over with the audience or damage a star’s on-screen gimmick with the move.
Nash claimed that The Phenom was jealous of The Kliq because he wasn’t part of the infamous moment.
“Even for Mark [The Undertaker] to say it was a selfish move. We went and asked Vince. It wasn’t selfish. It wasn’t to get ourselves over. I didn’t kip up and not sell the superkick. If you really watch it and watch it for what it’s worth, I take it more as jealousy that you didn’t do it, you know, because it became a moment,” Nash said. [H/T: Ringside News]

The Undertaker Feels a Curtain Call-like Incident Might Not be Controversial in Today’s Time
Pro wrestling has undergone a significant change since the advent of social media. WWE Superstars are often seen breaking character and spending time with their on-screen rivals outside the ring.
Discussing the Curtain Call on Six Feet Under, The Undertaker said a similar incident might not draw a reaction from fans in today’s environment. However, the Hall of Famer claimed that the business was very different in the ’90s.
