Jade Cargill managed to finally pick up a singles win on WWE SmackDown after suffering multiple losses on the Blue Brand. Tonight, Cargill had a one-on-one match against Tatum Paxley.
Last week on Friday Night SmackDown, B-Fab and Michin pulled off a major upset by defeating Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Tonight, the new champions were at ringside to cheer Jade Cargill on as she took on former Women’s Tag Team Champion Tatum Paxley. As Cargill entered the ring, Paxley jumped in from behind to attack the Storm. While Paxley seemed to have the upper hand at the start, the former Women’s Undisputed Champion swiftly took control.
Thanks for the submission!
In the end, B-Fab attacked Paxley on the outside. Bliss rushed in to help; she attacked B-Fab and then got taken out by Michin. Cargill capitalized on the choas that happened at ringside, hit the Jaded on Paxley, and picked up the win.
It is to be noted that the last time Cargill won a singles match was back in July when she defeated Nia Jax via DQ. Prior to that, she had pinned Alexa Bliss to pick up the win.
