Hiroshi Tanahashi is bringing back Tanahashi Jam.
During NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling, the NJPW President announced that Tanahashi Jam 2 will take place on November 19 at Korakuen Hall.
From NJPW:
The legendary “TANAHASHI JAM” is back! “TANAHASHI JAM 2 by CS TV Asahi Channel” has been confirmed to take place on Thursday, November 19th at Korakuen Hall.
“TANAHASHI JAM” was a special event held on June 29th last year at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium (Dolphins Arena), produced by President Hiroshi Tanahashi himself. It was held as the final professional wrestling event at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium.
The event featured matches based on various themes devised by President Tanahashi, and included participation from wrestlers from other organizations and legends. In the eighth match, which was held as the second double main event, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Naomichi Marufuji (NOAH) clashed with Kaito Kiyomiya (NOAH) & Ryohei Oiwa.
Approximately 1 year and 4 months after its last appearance, “TANAHASHI JAM 2” will be revived at Korakuen Hall, the “holy ground” of professional wrestling, and will once again be broadcast live exclusively on CS TV Asahi Channel. What kind of dream matches will be realized this time?
