Twitch streamer hmblzayy has officially completed his 3,000-mile walk from Philadelphia to California after spending 124 days crossing the US to raise money for charity.
The creator reached the California state line on July 27, marking the end of a journey that took him through deserts, mountains, and multiple states while livestreaming much of the experience. According to posts shared after his arrival, the walk has raised nearly $200,000 for charity.
Earlier in the challenge, hmblzayy’s journey made headlines after he was struck by a car while walking through Indiana. He later told supporters he was recovering and intended to continue the trek, eventually returning to the road to finish the cross country challenge.

The milestone was shared on social media by FearBuck, who confirmed the streamer had completed the walk after 124 days.
Alongside a video of hmblzayy standing in front of the California sign, the post noted that he had walked 3,000 miles and raised nearly $200,000 during the challenge.
In the clip, the streamer reflected on everything he experienced throughout the journey.
“3000 miles on foot through the desert, through the mountains, through the sundown towns. Get hit by two cars. Anything is possible. God used me as a vessel to show the world, to show the youth that anything is possible.”
“When they laugh at you, when they tell you that you can’t do something, you gotta believe in yourself. Everything that we went through, everything that we went through to lead to this moment, four months on a road, sacrificing day in, day out. Every single thing that happened.”
He added: “But I want you to know that anything is possible. The kids that’s watching, anything you want to do, you could do it. The greatness is the God in you. The greatness is the God in the spirit of God that’s in you.”
hmblzayy originally began the challenge to raise money toward building a trade school for teenagers, intending to provide practical education and career opportunities for young people.
The streamer previously said the idea was inspired by his own experience of leaving college because his family could not afford tuition, leading him to pursue entrepreneurship instead.
His cross-country walk quickly attracted attention online, with viewers following his progress as he made his way across the country.
The finish also comes just months after another major Twitch charity milestone. In April, CDawgVA completed his fifth annual Cyclethon across Japan, raising nearly $1.5 million for the Immune Deficiency Foundation during a 15-day livestreamed bike ride.
