Brooke Hogan is not pleased with how the investigation ended.
The Clearwater, Florida Police Department officially closed the investigation of Terry Bollea a.k.a. Hulk Hogan’s July 2025 death and ruled that there were no signs of criminal wrongdoing.
TMZ caught up with Bollea’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, who expressed displeasure with how the investigation was handled. Brooke said she was stunned when she saw the police department list her among the people who provided cooperation because she felt like an outsider for the entirety of the investigation.
“There’s been a lot of inconsistencies from the BEGINNING. I think CWPD missed the mark by not IMMEDIATELY making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out the gate. This should have been treated as a taped off, locked down, thorough investigation from day one.”
Brooke added that the department’s listing of her name felt like a slap in the face. The department declined to comment on Brooke’s remarks.
Brooke feels that things are still not adding up regarding her father’s death. She mentioned being told there were no blood samples available, only to later hear that investigators found nothing suspicious in Bollea’s blood.
She stated that the police records that were released to the public are redacted as it relates to the prescriptions Bollea was taking for pain and sleep. A private autopsy was done for the Bollea family, but Brooke said she was never allowed to see the results, and they were never released.
Brooke previously questioned why Bollea’s death certificate was signed by his personal physician rather than someone from the medical examiner’s office.
